Spring Cleaning, Part II: Decide To Get Your Finances Back On Track

Do you think you should get your finances straightened out, but are unsure where to start? In the spirit of spring cleaning (You all cleaned up your online profiles already, right?), here is a great resource for getting your finances back on track this spring. Decide to take a look at the seven tips listed in this CNN Money article:“7 Steps To Get Your Finances Back on Track.” The article goes into greater depth with specific tips and advice for how to square away your savings, your career path, etc. but most of all the author urges readers to adjust their expectations (of the economy, of themselves, of their careers, and so on) to ensure greater success in this reality, not the reality of the past. Good day, Are you going to be publishing a follow up write-up? My hubby and myself have used up some time exploring over your blog and surprisingly enough you touched on one thing i was discussing only the other day with our accountant. We often hear ourselves arguing over the smallest of details, isn’t it ridiculous?

Hello ! Love your blog thanks for sharing it with me

  6. Simon says:

I would love to publish a follow-up. Any thoughts on where you might need advice?

Hi, I just wanted to say you have a great looking site and rich content. I bookmarked your site and have it in my reader now…looking forward to more content in the future.

  8. Aw, this was a genuinely quality blog post. In theory I’d like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a very good post… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.

  9. Simon says:

Tell me about it, Emmaline! Sometimes I need to remind myself that my goal is to communicate with my users, not to create a “perfect” post. Otherwise, I would just write draft after draft and never publish.

  10. Simon says:

    Thanks, Julie! Appreciate it.
