Let Simon Decide Strategic Connections Enterprises LLC

Simon's Blog

Hello Family, Friends and Colleagues,

It has been exactly a year to the day that I left the corporate world, following 35+ years. While I initially positioned my exit as a “semi-retirement”, my wife Lisa would not agree, as within a day or two I had already scheduled early morning meetings with colleagues and teammates around the world to work on what I call “unfinished business”! For those who know me well, they recognize that since the earliest days in my career at Arthur Anderson, I established a passion for helping organizations make collaborative decisions to drive growth and success. At a young professional age, I was fortunate to be trained to facilitate strategic and technology transformations. I later leveraged this skillset in creating my own consultancy called Strategic Connections. For my Generation Y and Z colleagues and kids, this was back in the previous century (1995). While I had many other career stops over the last four decades, achieving organizational alignment by leveraging teams of people to achieve corporate missions has always been a consistent thread for me, both as a technology executive and strategic consultant, regardless of the industry I was working in or my specific role. The Strategic Connections vision has been a consistent backbone throughout these decades.

This era’s strong passion has fueled a new and exciting initiative, and one that I suppose has been somewhat in “stealth” mode over the last year. Well, today marks a very important milestone, as I am officially announcing Strategic Connections Enterprises investment in www.letsimondecide.com. The Let Simon Decide initiative to help individuals make SMART DECISIONS was born over 15 years ago by a great team of creative and passionate people. Over the last year, I have worked with a global team to revitalize “SIMON”. I am so excited to reintroduce Simon to the world, and I have MANY exciting plans for him going forward.

As of today, October 1, 2025, www.letsimondecide.com is back live and available to help people make all types of critical decisions across the many stages of life. We have already incorporated new Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technologies and social media capabilities into the website, with more to come. Though SIMON is the facilitator of the process, for people to make effective decisions, they need to not only participate, but in fact OWN THE PROCESS.  There is no one better than SIMON to provide the support needed to “MAKE TOUGH DECISIONS EASIER” and “EASY DECISIONS FUN”.
